You know how some people say "i live to eat"? you could probably describe me as that way previously, but now I eat to live. ![]() My goal is not to make myself have to suffer but to make my lifestyle managable for the rest of my life. Even with just cutting back a little bit, which brings my daily calorie amount to somewhere around 2000 calories, i've managed to lose another 20 lbs and I'm still working on losing more. A lot of what I've done is just cut out soda (except for some diet on the weekends) entirely, drink A LOT less milk (16 oz a day on average) and overall just stop for a minute before eating that little treat or whatever and reason myself out of it. been working on being healthier for a couple of years, but been taking it more seriously this past year. I started seriously trying to eat healthier and lose more weight probably 5 months ago or so.
